IsaVanDick sells access to digital premium content. Because digital access can be used immediately, payments may be non-refundable except where required by law or where we explicitly approve a refund.
Duplicate or failed access
If you were charged more than once, did not receive access after a successful payment, or believe there was a billing error, contact us at [BILLING_EMAIL].
Subscriptions
If subscriptions are offered, cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund prior paid periods unless required by law.
Chargebacks
Please contact support before opening a chargeback so we can investigate and resolve billing issues quickly.
